Question 1

Are your products authentic?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every item is new, authentic and checked before it ships. If anything is not authentic, you get a full refund. See our Authenticity Guarantee for how we verify.

Question 2

Is COMEBACK an official store of these brands?

Accepted Answer

No. COMEBACK is an independent store that brings back sold-out limited editions. We are not affiliated with Stanley, Pop Mart or the other brands we carry.

Question 3

How long does shipping take?

Accepted Answer

Orders ship within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery takes 5-8 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Free shipping on orders over $75.

Question 4

Why is the quantity limited?

Accepted Answer

Every edition in a drop already sold out once. We bring back a limited number of units, so when a restock is gone it may not come back.

Question 5

Can I return an item?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Unopened items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Return shipping is deducted from the refund unless the item is defective or the error is ours.

Question 6

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

Question 7

Can I request an edition to come back?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Use the request form on the home page. The most requested pieces shape the next drop, and you hear first if yours returns.

How do I track my order?

You receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Use it on the carrier's website to follow delivery.
